What this does is presses (and releases) all the keys to bring up a windows
"CMD Box" (incorrectly aka "DOS Box") and type "echo
hello world!" and then press enter.
"Clever" in a rather Windoze way.

Did Oracle publish the source code for its so-called "tests"? I would
like to see what sort of trickery they used to get the performance
