What this does is presses (and releases) all the keys to bring up a windows
"CMD Box" (incorrectly aka "DOS Box") and type "echo
hello world!" and then press enter.

"Clever" in a rather Windoze way.

Software source code is a bit like underwear - you only want to show it off in

Oracle "test" source code available?

Did Oracle publish the source code for its so-called "tests"? I would
like to see what sort of trickery they used to get the performance
difference in the tests they are presenting.

sort of. The hello world text is output just as expected, with some garbage up
in front.
