They probably mean source code from the Dalvik VM or toolchain. I.e. they are
going to look at the "compiler" piece (or whichever piece supposedly

Didn't Oracle already say it, "symbolic references meh,m it's in the source
code"
They're going to put up a couple of pages of source code and litter it with
circles and claim
"these are *ALL* symbolic references, so don't believe google when they say
they don't use them"
It's the names you know.
It's always been the names.
How cool is it going be when you've got patent *AND* copyright protection on
names.
'S going to be pretty darned hot for an IP lawyer, that's for certain.
