I agree. Oracle is saying: Look how slow it runs after we deflated the patented
tires! If they did that, I'd want to put on my best set of non-infringing
tires, air them up and actually have a real race.

Anyone can cripple code. If this was over graphics cards: Oracle has disabled
their proprietary driver's hardware acceleration and watched how much slower the
system is... They didn't let a non-infringing work-around compete.

That's the idea yeah - although how hello world shows that I'm not really sure.
You're just measuring the framework's load time there really.
