I doubt that Linus will stoop to Florian's level and respond but it would be
funny to see Florian get the public lashing that Linus could so adroitly
deliver.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

"Linus Torvalds, who started the Linux project, is an opportunist who will
welcome anything that gets some of his program code distributed, no matter under
which name or license."
-->
"Linus Torvalds, who started the Linux project, has taken every opportunity
to get quality code into its free distribution, accepting contributions without
insisting that his name or his preferred license is on them, as long as the code
and the license is compatible with Linux as a whole"[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

I think that this may amount to libel, and as I'm reading it in the UK past
precedence states the Linus can now sue Mr Meuller in the UK courts.
The same UK courts that take a very broad view on what constitutes Libel.
