If you had been browsing the site two years ago, you would have seen a different copyright licence or none at all.

Today's licence:

From the Groklaw static License Page: License Details All articles by Mark Webbink, from May 16, 2011 onward, and all article by pj, are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported License.

No licence that I have ever seen in my years with Groklaw has ever been this good.

I had no hesitation in using the appropriate Creative Commons licence when I needed to publish a document I had written. I commend it to open and free thinkers, everywhere.
