Also because the new terms don't limit you
in any way that the old terms didn't, IIRC.

And because I'm not suing anybody retroactively
for using the old terms back then instead of
the new terms.

Get it? It's one thing for Oracle to tell the
world, we're changing the terms for using Java
from this day forward. No one would even be
surprised. It's the retroactive part that
has people steamed.
