When you come right down to the ground level that's all that JAVA is. The
license that Google didn't need because they didn't call their implementation
JAVA is just to protect the trademark. As long as the new implementation is not
called JAVA and it doesn't need the license. It's a clean room implementation
and designed to be able to run programs written for JAVA but is not JAVA.
