That's exactly the scene that came to mind when I read Oracle's motion. Of
course they object. Google's defense could begin and end with Jonathan
Schwartz, and Oracle knows it. Everything else Google did at trial was just
going through the motions, but Jonathan Schwartz kills Oracle's case in its
entirely.

At least it does in a sane universe, which is the biggest problem Google faces.
U.S. law is frequently insane. Just look how long SCO's case has stayed in
play, when it takes a reasonable person all of five minutes to realize it was
total nonsense. At least Oracle has too much money to play the bankruptcy
game.
