Can anyone name a Microsoft partner that actually survived the partnership?

Article mentions Sendo, but it doesn't tell the whole Sendo story that I can
recall.
"microsoft sendo suit" -- Google It.
Sendo is a story
that all potential Microsoft partners should take heed. Before the ink was even
dry on the partnership agreement, Microsoft was busily working to put Sendo into
bankruptcy. Why? Because per the agreements, if Sendo went bankrupt, then all
of their Intellectual Property instantly went to Microsoft before the bankruptcy
court could get it. Seemed like a good faith clause in the agreement to protect
Microsoft. But what Sendo didn't realize was that Microsoft has never, ever
operated in good faith. (insert lightning bolt and evil laughter here)
Sendo later realizing this, of course, sued. Eventually went bankrupt anyway.
Meanwhile, everyone in open source world saying: idiots, we told you so.
