Right. License JAVA (the whole kaboodle, source code included). That's what
was under licensing discussion. NOT the language and APIs. From Schwartz's
testimony, those two were considered free for all to use (and as CEO, he can
make that call - if the board doesn't like it, they can replace him, if others
in the company don't like it, too bad, he's CEO).

The problem for Oracle is you have the senior decisionmaker in the company at
the time saying "this was my decision, which I'm authorized to make."
And that decision is the opposite of what they claim. They want to rewrite
history - which should not be allowed.
