Quite. The fact that BSF and SCO went all out for jury trials tells you all you
need to know about how laypeople are seen by the predators.

"Waaaaah Waaaaah Google stole our shiny thing Waaaaah"

This kind of thing plugs into the psyche of every juror who ever had his dinner
money nicked by the school bully. Fair use doesn't even register as a
possibility for these people. Im glad the judge took the technicalities out of
the jurors' hands.
