MS liable for prosecution?
I'm not seeing that anywhere, all I'm seeing is MS saying "business as
usual, Motorola can't act" in both articles
Can you be more precise.

According to the
Courthouse News
Service article on Apr. 16, the
preliminary
injunction remains in effect
until at least May 7, when a
hearing is scheduled on Microsoft's "motion for
summary
judgment on its breach of contract claim."
This was the most recent
information I saw on the
injunction.
