they will be on the shelves until May 7. If the appeal goes in Motas favor they
will have to go. It's not like in the US. Once the court system has taken over
Mota can even withdraw their claim and it will still run the way it is supposed
to.

It would be a blessing if no PC's, smartphones (or not so smart) running winDOS
could be sold any more! Linux would get a real up-turn as retailers would have
to continue to sell and the only alternative is a Linux pre-load. Naturally it
would also help Apple.
