If the judge does not want me to consider jury nullification, don't waste my
time sitting through the trial. Put a computer in my seat.

Not the above.
How many people have sucessfully used "I was just following orders" as
a defence?
I'd quote from Kindom of Heaven, the king's speech to Balien about when you
arrive at the pearly gates, but I'd get sued for copyright infringement.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Then the judge was stepping outside his bounds, and should
not seat another jury. I know that PJ believes that the
judiciary is sound, but I have never agreed with that. There
are just too many examples of judicial corruption and lack of
respect for the citizenry and their morals. This is just
another example of how the judiciary binds people to its
vision of justice.
If the law is incomprehensible to the people, then it is a
corrupt body of law.
