It's possible that at this stage there are no representatives from BSF present - a fact that would alter my expectation.

If it pained Jacobs to follow that line.... I'd think he'd have made it clear it was the available BSF rep that presented it.

Considering Boies put in an appearance during the trial, that'd be a bit of a.... "lack of professionalism" from my perspective to not have a representative present.

But perhaps my expectations with regards the professionalism aren't in line with reality. As the client of the firm, I certainly would expect the key individuals representing me to be available and would not be happy if one of the teams decided not to be present.
