not uncommon in a complicated case ..

At least one juror wants to know if they are allowed to
consider where Google got APIs from, if not directly from
Oracle/Sun

Intelligent questions are a sure sign that they aren't
following Oracle's lead.

Seems like attys are splitting hairs over how to answer jury,
but this is pt where each sentence of instructions could be
worth big bucks..
