Yes because swapping from one patent riddled language to another is
just what Google would do... its more likely that they will use their own
language.

Android Ported to C#

So they are translating java to c#. Does that remove the risk of being sued for
copying the APIs by Oracle? If so, modifying Android so that it replaces (for
instance) calls to java.lang.max(a, b) with calls to dalvik.lang.biggestOf(x, y)
should do the trick too. And I think that could be done at the level of
translating class files just as much as it could be done at source code level.
