Weren't they trying to pump money into the moribund SCO?
Just as mysterious and dodgy as the tricks Oracle is playing here.
It dismays me as a non-American to see officers of the court
who I understand to be pledged to uphold Truth and Justice,
defend only their own version of the American Way, which is
given the chance behave like a fairground huckster. Ah yes,
we said that in SCO vs Novell and the jury came through with
the right answer. We said it in Novell vs MS and the jury nearly
did it, just a stubbed toe at the finish line. And while I type here
this jury are wrapped in the sleep of the just...
