Evil scumbags. They always were, and they always will be.

Fortunately they will not be around for ever. Their decline is becoming very obvious, and with Windoze 8 set to fail, it will accelerate.

Sadly they will take the likes of Nokia and now B&N with them into oblivion.

Well, the documents in the B&N v. MS lawsuit showed the patents.
Of course, MS knows that they have no case. Linus recently found a post of his
which shows prior art to at least some of the MS patents.
So, the license fee well is going to dry out for MS. They apparently realized
that, and are trying to avoid defeat by withdrawing from the battlefield...
