It seems from the way his name was mentioned that it appears
on the documents from the Copyright Office as being their contact
at either Sun or their attorneys Fenwick. Being in the wrong place at
the wrong time he may have to explain what if anything was on the disc.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

Mr. Gonsalves is the person who, from personal experience, can testify as to
what was on the mystery CDs. We don't know what his cooking credentials, are. He
may be in finance, in which case his experience in cooking is either irrelevant
or criminal.
He is also known as 'Mr. Gonsalves, The Mystery Man' as it is a mystery why he
did not appear to give evidence.
Google think ahead and he is tied up in a basement broom cupboard in the
basement of the court.
Allegedly.
Oracle assure us that he can be found down there, somewhere, although they would
not recognise him if they saw him.
