I agree if you want to teach people that is the way to do it. But sometimes
smacking them with a baseball bat gets their attention faster and you are less
likely to have your teaching misunderstood.

Misunderstood = bad case law = decades of expensively, painful litigation.

No when it comes to my livelihood, I want to use the baseball bat method and not
the gentle teacher one when it comes to legal implications. Feel free to play
havoc with your own livelihood as long as it doesn't affect mine.
