The two licenses are incompatible I think. So you can't transfer code between
them based on the OSS licenses alone. however this doesn't stop some code being
shared if the original copywrite owner who donated the code to one of the
projects gives there agreement. If the section of code is brand new then this
should be possible but if its a change of some existing code then you need every
owner of the original code to agree... So it would be a bit anoying... So
maybe something like this is happening here maybe.

You might be able to argue that it's a demonstration that they were open to
accepting contributions and that's what sharing APIs is about,
but it's 6, in contention is J2SE1.5 and 1,4 so the harmony contribution comes
