Apache certainly thought Harmony was compatible with Harmony or they would not
have been seeking certification from Sun. And Android's implementation of
Harmony is supposed to be a partial implementation of the Java language. Any
Java source code that runs on Android should be able to run on Java itself. If
not, why would Android use the Java language?

Android is NOT java. Harmony is NOT java. Neither claims to
be. Therefore neither is an incompatible version of Java,
because they don't claim to be Java.
