There have been some times during the course of the trial that I really had to
hold myself back from either cheering or booing in the gallery. This was one
of those times.

Another gem was when Oracle portrayed their buying Sun as being a way to
"prevent Java from falling to the wrong hands". Now, if they'd said,
"we wanted
to remove the risk of Java falling into the wrong hands", then I'd have
been
okay with it, because then Oracle would have acknowledged that they had
*ensured* that Java fell into the wrong hands... no risk anymore.

Hmmm. I wonder if I could work at BSF?

direction."
