The judge has concerns about the record.
Authored by: Ian Al on Friday, April 27 2012 @ 03:46 AM EDT
He has said that he wants the appeal record entered into evidence. He asked
Google to get the way a call to one API requires calls to other APIs in other
packages, in front of the jury.

Recently he made another request to get stuff in the record.

I think he wants every aspect in the case and on the record for any appeal
consideration.

Perhaps he feels that he (bench trial) and the jury need to see all the facts of
the case, even if the jury end up only settling a small part.
