API's are Oracle's "Google" Pipe Dream!

Oracle had some overly zealous lawyers wanting to get them
(in their eyes only) an easy victory. Since at the time
their US Gov GSA vs Oracle case was looking to be the
biggest Win the GSA has had in court. Now that's been topped
off with not only losing that $200 Million Plus Interest in
court, but they've been banned from any future GSA Contracts
along with now facing a lawsuit by their own Shareholders
over that debacle!

Now their own Copyright phase has rested and they really
have very little chance to win much on patents either. If
that's the case, they can expect their shareholders to again
come after them on their overpriced buy of Sun. Which did
not bring much chance of any future revenue steams to cover
it's purchase costs. Since their Billions and Billions in
damages has already been deep six'd!
