Just another clear indication that cleanrooms are okay.

Given up looking for consistency from Oracle.

It's important to remember that these were extension points specifically put
into
the Java runtime (the Provider infrastructure) and that the JCE was not part of
the
"core libraries" as designated by the javax.crypto namespace (x being
for
extension)
