Maybe Oracle could still go after Google's Android partners, but frankly, I feel
like we're maybe one or two rulings away from Oracle's whole case collapsing
here.
That copyright registration mishap seems like it could undermine Oracle's case,

That is the job of a lawyer. A lawyer should not contradict his client in
public.
As a lobbyist/marketeer, FM is simply paid to write down the opinion of his
current employer, Oracle.
There are some professions where you are paid to do and say anything the client
wants. Without arguing.
