Harmony Class Libraries

No. What Oracle is laying claim to is an entire housing project, consisting of bungalows, semi-detached dwellings, duplexes, row housing, and apartment buildings. Each of these dwellings is specified as to number of bedrooms, baths, etc. Not the actual buildings, but rather, the high level layout. ...as was put earlier - "the walking tour".

I think the judge has already said there is no concern about the layout of the individual units, only the entire project. My question is, if one similar building is not an issue, is two? And if two are not an issue, is three? Is 37? How many of these buildings do you have to imitate before you run afoul?
