Mueller spins this as still positive for Oracle

That guy is priceless.

He's at least 100% consistently against anything Google-
related regardless of the facts.

Latest view is that because the patent is valid, Google will
still have to license it to avoid having to repackage apps
specifically for each manufacturer's handsets.

I wonder if this patent can/will be re-re-examined? They
found it invalid twice, once finally. I have no idea what
the lifecycle of these things is, but it's obviously rather
complicated.
