Flex => FX (JavaFX)
Authored by: Anonymous on Wednesday, April 25 2012 @ 06:05 PM EDT
I suspect that the references to "Flex" in the transcript for the
testimony should
really be "FX", or the full name "Java FX" which Sun had
started working on, not
Adobe's Flex.

"Update 3" of 4x missing?
Authored by: Anonymous on Wednesday, April 25 2012 @ 07:55 PM EDT
I do not see "Update 3" being marked in the text. Only
"Update", "Update 2" and "Update 4" are marked in
bold.

Just hoping that it is a typo and nothing of value was lost. Maybe it intended
to be at the words "And now, here comes Mr. Dan Bornstein to the
stand".

Thank you for your good work!

Dan Bornstein: Yes Oracle: So we are looking indirectly at the source code,
right?

Update 5 is not highlighted
Authored by: Anonymous on Wednesday, April 25 2012 @ 11:42 PM EDT
That makes it hard to find, especially when, as in this
case, it is not simply appended to the end but inserted near
the beginning.

(It would be nice, actually, if there were links at the top
of an article to take you to each update. That would be
convenient for people who check back to find "one more
update has been added". I understand that that would be
more work for PJ, so I won't be too upset if it doesn't come
to pass.)

Many Google -> Many.[newline]Google

Andy Rubin: Many Google

Indeed, many do, Mr Rubin. :)

I think Andy Rubin gave a one-word answer, and 'Google' is the next speaker designator. The exchange then becomes:
Google: How many files?

Andy Rubin: Many.

Google: How many source files came from Apache Harmony? And please tell the jury what Apache Harmony is.
