Google can't call anybody to the stand right now. Oracle is the plaintiff and is
going first, and they are still calling their own witnesses to the stand, and
Google is being allowed to cross-examine Oracle's witnesses. Once Oracle hast
rested its case in the copyright portion of the trial, then it will be Google's
turn to call their own witnesses. The judge has asked both parties to keep their
potential witness lists up to date with the next 10 witnesses that they expect
to call, and Google dropped Bob Lee and added Jonathan Schwartz, but Schwartz is
only listed 10th, at the end of the list, with 9 others presumably going before

Since Oracle is running out of time, I think this may be a move by Google to
make sure Schwartz actually get on the stand.
