Where in the code (and how much) are they arguing is decompiled from the Java source.

The amount is so insignificant that a homeopathist would get excited about it.

Also none of it shipped apart from rangeCheck which was:

• 9 lines long
• trivial for novice to write
• absolutely standard functionality as a sanity check within any software - and in no way proprietary
• strictly and absolutely specified by the API specs
• copied in by the same person who wrote the original code

By the laws of homeopathy this is some powerful infringement indeed, and must be worthy of trillions in damages.
