yes you're correct about not getting comments this way. But you definitely don't
want the comments - because they are grey area - obviously much more likely to
be found copy-writeable especially duplicated identically over 1000s of files -
not just fragments. You definitely only want the bare bones API for what apache
and google were setting out to do with Harmony and Dalvik - you will comment and
document the new code yourself as a natural part of writing the independent
re-implementation. Your new comments will only be similar in meaning to the
originals.
