A typo?

"Windows security and management service"
is probably a typo. I think they meant
"Windows security FOR management service",
as in securing a pension for Ballmer when
he retires from his service in management
at Microsoft. Microsoft seems to be trying
desperately to keep the cash flowing for
just a couple more years, now that their
long term strategy is failing.
