Why Are Only 37API's Copyrightable?
Authored by: Anonymous on Monday, April 23 2012 @ 12:11 PM EDT
Google Thieves? haha.... right! If anything Oracle is the one
bent on stealing here. Of course there are always a few kooks
in this World that somehow don't believe Oracle is being a so
called Indian Giver here. If you don't understand what an
Indian Giver is, read some history about all the promises our
government broke in one of the greatest Con Jobs of all time.
Somehow people back then justified it with "Oh they're just
heathens and animals, give 'em some whiskey and some arid
desert wastelands and they'll be OK with us stealing their
land from them!"

Only this time, trolls like you are too dumb to realize that
the Indians Oracle is attempting to steal back from, are all
of..... US!!! .....they're trying to take money from a project
they had no direct input in creating in Android OS. They are
not only attempting to steal back what they have already given
away for FREE, but stealing all the code that the entire
development community has contributed to Java and some of
those 37API's I'm talking about!

Pure bait n switch hokus pokus gypsy barker courtroom
theatrics from Oracle have come to an end in swaying this
judge n jury. Now that this Judge has seen through this Oracle
Charade and has put his foot up their Main Diarrhea Mouthed
Discharge Point! .....let's see them connive their way past
this judge, like they were intending to do with the jury!

btw.... this whole case now hinges on those 37API's being
somehow able to withstand all Copyrightability Tests and
somehow making it past all Findings of Facts and Conclusions
of Law. That will not now be decided on how some attorney is
trying to con this non-technology minded jury into deciding
for them!
