What does the jury decide on copyright issues?
Authored by: Ed L. on Saturday, April 21 2012 @ 07:52 PM EDT
Judge Alsup won't leave the jury hanging. He will carefully explain the different aspects of the case that they will decide, and which ones he will decide, and how they will work together to resolve this case.

The last thing the judge wants -- or the lawyers want, for that matter -- is a jury confused about what is going on and their role in it.

(Confusion about what went on, now that's another matter...)
