DRM doesn't work - period

Implicit in DRM is that you have both the key and the lock together on the
system. Somehow you (who have both) and need to use both to access the
material, don't every know you have both, and can't figure it out.

All it takes to break DRM is 1 time - and even BD has been broken multiple
times.

This doesn't even take into account the analog hole - say I print out the
document (or take a picture of the screen), scan it back in, and OCR it.

Fundamentally, if you don't want someone to read a document, don't give it to
them. If you want to control what they do with it after it leaves your hands -
sorry, no such luck. Better build trust in them (which is NOT technological.
