Are you referring to customer based server or internet based server?

"Oh don't worry about that language" in a contract is exactly the sort
of thing that enables "driving while black": We don't normally stop
people for travelling one mile an hour over the limit, but legally we CAN, so
we're not actually oppressing YOU....

(A friend had to deal with that sort of thing. Problem, for the small-town
cops, was that he worked for the state Ombudsman's office and knew the right
people and procedures to get them to stop. As in, "stop following black
people driving past your town or we'll shut your department down and the State
Police will take over.")

Besides, if you don't want me to worry about that language in the contract, you
won't mind me striking it, right? Otherwise, anything in the contract can be
used against me.
