My guess is read only 1.2 support and 1.1 write support (with
extra bugs) and a message saying you have to save it in a
docx or similar format to ensure all document elements are
retained

during trial, lawyers can tailor ? to witnesses to answer

Reading this, some seem to be wanting to have the ISPs where a violation of
terms of service are vioations of CFAA.
Why?
Let us imagine where MPAA, etc... are able to buy/convince ISPs to include in
their language, downloading, file sharing, bit torrent, etc as not allowed (in
the ISP's TOS).
Do the math. Bingo - FELONY, minium jail time, etc.

Have you read your ISP's TOS? They don't allow a lot of what could be
considered "normal" these days for using a computer on the internet.
Some TOS don't allow ANY type of Server being used. CFAA applies today to that!
Yep - it does.
So, I called the ISP, and asked them about the language, and the person on the
phone said I didn't have to worry about it. However, the language specifically
did not allow ANY type of server use at all.
Ouch - if push came to shove - a prosecuter could open a case against almost all
customers of the ISP just on the vague definition of server types of use alone.

Well, not just Sony it seems. The publishing consortium
pursuing
EMI is led by Sony/ATV, a 50/50 joint venture between Sony and the
estate of
Michael Jackson. It includes a variety of stakeholders, ranging from
billionaire entertainment mogul David Geffen to Abu Dhabi-based investment
and
development company Mubadala Development Co. PJSC, as well as Jynwel
Capital
Ltd. and the Blackstone Group's (BX) GSO Capital Partners LP.

Some well
known follow the
money names in there. Also note that EMI is a
hydra. Another
head is rolling elsewhere.
Citigroup plans to sell
EMI Music, the company's recorded-
music operation, to Vivendi SA's {...}
Universal Music Group for $1.9 billion
but this deal faces greater
