Google maybe from the start with Android, should have GPL'd
all the Android code, and merged it with the GPL's Java
effort, and still avoided the SUN "Java" approval process
when they did this (something that would only have given them
rights to use the JAVA name, that really did not mean much in
value).

Still, what they did was correct. However, to really do it
right, should have used the GPL for all of Android.
