Of course it has bugs, The TCK is just a testsuite/program, and all software has
bugs :) But you will not be allowed to talk about them!

The TCK only comes with an NDA that prevents you from talking about what it
really is all about...
You can challenge tests through some (non-public) procedure and tests might be
excluded from it if Oracle agrees.

Though nothing on the actual tests themselves, just the framework since it is
all very secret... Which seems a little weird for such an open and free
language...
