Really. Is that really necessary? He is just doing his job, that is, to try to
provide
the best possible legal representation he can. It is up to Google's lawyers to
show that he is making a mumbo-jumbo argument.

I see certain parallels between BSF and con men.

It is the greed of the mark, that makes it possible
for the con men to make money off of them.
