From the prospective of oracle, just because you make your copyrighted
specification public does not mean that you are not entitled to a copyright.

Also, the way Oracle represents accepting the license to Java 'specifications'
is misrepresented at trial. I never saw anything in any of their licenses that
contained the word design, ever.
