Google's legal team will certainly have learned from observing the SCO case that
keeping an eye on Groklaw is worth the effort. I doubt they'll post much, but
they certainly must have someone detailed to follow the discussions and report
any interesting findings.

Are Google lawyers allowed to read Groklaw during the
proceedings? I mean, jurors are not allowed to do personal
research, but nothing should impede (defense) lawyers right?
