In the above post I wrote

could be
copyrighted.
Oracle is making a show of trying to point out that its
list
is special and deserves copyright. But there are other
places to get that
same list that isnt controlled by Oracle,
Harmony is one of
them.
What I would like to be real clear on is that the copyright
on a specification
would only cover that list of things needed in what you

So source code that went through obfuscating script is fair
play to compile and distribute?
It will look absolutely different from original, heck, even
function names won't be the same, more like "jY6cB()", and
of course, good obfuscators produce a markedly different
compiled code.
Time to "acquire"
Windows,Photoshop,Premiere,Illustrator,3DSMax,Maya,Lightwave
,Office source code..
1. Acquire code
2. Obfuscate code
3. Distribute as "Independent Implementation
