The $7.4Billion is a fact,and irrelevant one in this case.

Keep in mind that judges are human too. He'll
call them like he sees them. And sometimes he'll
be wrong. There's a ruling from yesterday Mark
will be telling you about later today where, I think,
he got some things really wrong, but he doesn't
realize it currently. Later, he may. Perhaps
Google will give him opportunities to reexamine
the issue. If not, the appeals process is in place.
The whole system is based on the reality that humans
hardly ever get things perfectly right every time.
The idea is to respect the process, and it usually
does work out, except when the fix is in. And here,
it clearly is not. This is an honest and experienced
judge. But he isn't a Java expert, let's put it
