Ellison's equivocation, under oath, with video vilification.
We already saw Judge Alsup get testy with Mr. Jacobs in the
run up to this trial over whether Java the Lang was "freely
available to everyone to use" as Oracle's lawyers had
previously agreed, because Mr. Jacobs suddenly started to
hedge on this point.
They see where Judge Alsup is leading them, or they "hear
footsteps" coming up behind them.
I think Ellison's equivocation under oath was a tipping
point. What the lawyers said was pleadings, not testimony.
Now the rubber meets the road, and the gavel's about to come
down...
