I fully agree. The eye witness report is of very high quality. I think the best
I have seen in the life of Groklaw. It is realy cool to read the action 10,000
miles away from the court room.

It's enormously helpful to get such a complete picture of the proceeding,
including your own comments which go beyond the bare words. As IanAL has said,
it doesn't matter if some of the replies are missing - we'll eventually get the
court transcript to fill in the gaps. But the reports let us form an opinion on
how the case is proceeding, without the spin from the commercial media. Much
appreciated. And that applies to the earlier and subsequent reporters too.
